Freshford United Reserves are through to the next round of the Somerset Intermediate Cup after they came from behind to claim a 2-1 victory away at Park Knowle.

Frome Collegians AFC have reached the final 16 of the Somerset Junior Cup and they did it without kicking a ball. For a second successive round they received a walkover, on this occasion it was because opponents Ilchester Reserves were unable to raise a team.

First Division teams, Semington Magpies, Holt and Heytebury & Codford FC carry the flag for the Trowbridge League in the Wiltshire Junior Cup. On a day that saw six sides depart the competition, the aforementioned teams will hope to avoid each other when the fourth round draw is announced.

The Wiltshire Junior Cup took centre stage on Saturday afternoon with all bar a handful of teams in County Cup action. Semington Magpies staged a stunning fightback from 3-0 down to beat a highly rated Alderbury FC side 4-3. Warminster Reserves inflicted a first defeat of the season on fellow league side Durrington.
