WANDERERS SUFFER HEAVY LOSS

Having been awarded their Wiltshire Junior Cup match and facing the prospect of a Saturday afternoon off, Dilton Marsh Wanderers FC were given a league match away to FC Devizes United who they will host next weekend in back-to-back Gooding Accounts sponsored Trowbridge League, Division One fixtures.

Devizes turned up with the scoring boots and were 5-0 up at the break thanks to a Archie Haggerty double and a goal apiece from Kian Fulford, Oscar Webster and Jamie Crump.

The second half saw Kian Fulford and Oscar Webster add their second. Zac Baskerville got on the score sheet with Archie Haggerty scoring his third of the afternoon to complete his hat trick and leave the final score 9-1 in favour of Devizes.

Nathan Pepler was Wanderers lone marksman.
