COLLEGIANS CUP RUN COMES TO AN END

Gooding Accounts sponsored Trowbridge & District League, Division One outfit, Frome Collegians Reserves saw their Somerset Junior Cup run come to an end with defeat at home to Mid-Somerset League outfit Wells City A.

It was Wells who opened the scoring, but thanks to a Ben Bullus effort, Karl Freeman’s side were back on level terms at the break.

The second period belong to Wells who netted 3 unanswered goals to claim a 4-1 and a place in the semi-finals of the competition.
