DOLAN’S NO FOOL AS HIS HAT TRICK EARNS BRADFORD VICTORY
Dilton Marsh Wanderers FC 2 Bradford Town ‘A’ FC 3
With the Land Warfare Centre pitch waterlogged, Dilton Marsh Wanderers rented the 3G pitch at Green Lane for their match against top of the table Bradford Town ‘A’.
Arthur Dolan’s first half double, the first a header and the second a great shot into the corner, gave Bradford a 2-0 lead at half time.
Dale Rowland fired in a penalty for his 18th goal of the season to get Dilton back into the game minutes after the break.
Jake Wheeler then struck the post as Dilton pushed hard for the equaliser.
Dolan completed his hat-trick with another header to regain the 2 goal advantage for the leaders.
A second penalty scored this time by Shane Rendall gave Dilton hope but Bradford held on for the win to go 7 points clear of Park United at the top of Division Two.
