DIVISION ONE ROUND UP FOR 6th NOVEMBER
With The Duke FC being involved in The Wiltshire Junior Cup this weekend, Hilperton United had a chance to take over the lead at the top of The Trowbridge Windows and Conservatories sponsored Division One as they travelled to face Marshfield FC.

HILPERTON TAKE ADVANTAGE AND MOVE TO THE TOP

Hilperton United took full advantage of The Duke being involved in The Wiltshire Junior Cup and moved to the top of The Trowbridge Windows and Conservatories sponsored Division One with a 2 – 1 win from their visit to Marshfield FC.
In a very close first half Luke Murden scored the first for Hilperton United with Matty Harvey replying for Marshfield to take the teams in level at the break.
In the second half goalkeeper turned striker Kieran Ramsey scored the winner for Hilperton with a bullet header from a quality corner from Liam Milburn.
Marshfield responded well and Hilperton had new goalkeeper Dan Blackwell to thank, keeping the new league leaders in the game with two exceptional reflex saves.

In-form Westbury United Reserves moved up to third place in The Trowbridge Windows and Conservatories sponsored Division One, winning their fourth game in a row to see off bottom side Freshford United 4 – 0.
Tyler Gane had a brilliant match helping himself to a hat-trick with Max Bishop scoring the fourth to round off a successful afternoon for Steve Martin’s side.

BACK-TO-BACK WINS FOR WARMINSTER TOWN RESERVES

Warminster Town Reserves are enjoying a good spell of form with back-to-back wins after their 3 – 0 victory from their visit to Melksham Town Development.
In-form Matt Dyer had a good afternoon scoring a brace with Josh Gardener scoring Warminster’s third.
The win lifts Warminster Town Reserves up to seventh in the Trowbridge Windows and Conservatories sponsored Division One, one place above Melksham Town Development and having played a game less than their opponents.
